Full paper submission
Papers submitted to the conference, after the careful peer reviewing process, accepted, registered and presented papers will be published into Atlantis Press (https://www.atlantis-press.com/)
The procedure will be in double-blind peer review process. All contribution work will be initially assessed by the reviewer/editor for suitability of the proceedings. Papers deemed suitable are then typically sent to at least two independent professional reviewers to evaluate the scientific quality of the paper.

Paper Page Limits
Regular Papers: 12-20 pages, including the abstract (less than 200 words), all figures, tables, and references.
PS:A maximum of 20 pages for one paper is acceptable
Policy on Multiple Submissions
CCES will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the CCES reviewing period. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
